March is Women’s History Month, and we are inspired by female leaders from all around the world. We interviewed our President, Patricia Beitler, and gained insight into what it’s like to be an owner of a thriving marketing agency.

/ Is there any woman leader who shaped who you are today?

There has not been one woman per se, but a culmination of women in different fields that I have admired and appreciated their brand over the years. Some of these women include Oprah Winfrey, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Reese Witherspoon, and Gwyneth Paltrow.

/ What moved you to create your own company?

I always had a passion for helping women and people to bring their brands to life and knew that I could build something that would facilitate that.

/ What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned when it comes to running your company?

Success is not always a quick and direct path. The growth of a company is dependent on being a collaborator and having the right strategic partners. It is essential that you are deliberate with whom you align in terms of a long-term relationship.

/ What characteristics does it take to be a successful founder of a company?

Resilience, patience, and perseverance.

/ Can you share a story where you struggled when running your company? What can others take away from hearing this experience?

Our biggest challenges were when we did not have the right team in place, the team is EVERYTHING and it is essential for the success of any entity.
