Natalia Gindler Corsini is the founder and managing director of Prae Venire, a boutique corporate compliance consulting firm based in South Florida. With over 25 years of multinational experience in finance, international trade, and ethics and compliance, Gindler Corsini collaborates with U.S.-based companies operating abroad, as well as with Latin American and other foreign companies conducting business in the U.S.

Born and raised in Brazil, Gindler Corsini holds a degree in business, a specialization in human resources from Complutense University in Madrid and an MBA in finance, controllership, and auditing from FGV in Brazil. Throughout her extensive career, she has held prominent roles leading departments in both global and domestic companies across various industries, including consumer goods, real estate, pharmaceuticals, paint and coatings, and cable manufacturing. In her roles within U.S. organizations, she was responsible for overseeing ethics and compliance in Latin American countries, with a focus on training, anti-corruption measures, export control, third-party management, corporate investigations, and support for compliance audits and internal controls.

After relocating to the U.S. in 2015, Gindler Corsini obtained the prestigious certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and founded Prae Venire to offer companies tailored solutions to address specific corporate compliance challenges businesses face today.

Gindler Corsini’s vision for Prae Venire was to create a consultancy that allows her clients to focus on their core operations, knowing their corporate compliance needs are in expert hands. The firm assists U.S. companies in strengthening and/or establishing their ethics and compliance programs for international operations and provides similar services for foreign organizations engaging with U.S. entities. Prae Venire evaluates business compliance risks, implement and enhance compliance programs, conducts awareness training for teams and leadership, offers support to in-house compliance team and in corporate investigations, addressing business ethics, and extraterritorial laws such as data protection (GDPR and LGPD), foreign corrupt practices (FCPA), money laundering, antitrust, and export controls regulations.
